PSS students at Recognition Day
PEAC CertifiedESC Participating School

PSS is a proud participant in the Educational Service Contracting (ESC) program, providing tuition subsidy assistance to qualified Grade 7 to Grade 12 students. Grade 6 graduates from public schools are given priority.

Government Subsidies & Grants

We believe quality education should be accessible. PSS is certified under DepEd and FAPE's Educational Service Contracting (ESC) program, confirming that the school meets national standards in both faculty and facilities.

Incoming Grade 7 students from public schools receive an ESC subsidy of ₱11,000 per year, continuing through Grade 10. Senior High School students benefit from the SHS Voucher Program: ₱20,000 annually for Grade 10 public school completers, and ₱16,000 for ESC grantees moving up from private schools. PSS has fully implemented the K to 12 Curriculum since School Year 2012–2013.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Beyond government subsidies, PSS offers merit-based programs that reward academic and athletic excellence.

Tulong-Talino Scholarship

Provides financial assistance to Grade 6 Valedictorians and Salutatorians (Rank 1 and 2) upon enrollment to Grade 7 — renewed for succeeding grade levels based on academic performance.

Sports Scholarship

Open to K-2 to Grade 10 students who maintain a general average of 80+, actively compete in a PSS-sanctioned sport, and demonstrate significant athletic achievement and sportsmanship.

Early Payment Discount

A 10% discount on tuition fees is available for full payment of all fees before the end of the month classes begin.

Welcome Kit

Every enrolled K–10 learner receives a free PE T-shirt; incoming Grade 11 students receive a free PE T-shirt, lanyard, and full school uniform.
